I love your minimalist metropolis collection. Can I request a city?
Of course! We always love hearing your suggestions, feel free to email us about what metropolis we should hit next and we’ll add it to our ideas bank. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that it'll be added to our collection however it'll help us decide when it comes time to explore another city.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express through Stripe. Payments can also be made with PayPal.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days and we'll refund the full purchase price. This is on the condition that all prints you’re returning or exchanging are in salable (like new) condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If exchanging, please also include a check for $7.00 for return shipping or the PayPal address we can send a money request to.
Do you charge sales tax?
New York residents will be charged 4% sales tax.
How quickly are orders processed?
We typically ship within 24 hours of order being placed and ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. We offer several shipping options at reasonable prices. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $75 or more, and free shipping on all international orders $100 or more.
How will my order be packaged?
Each order is carefully packed by hand. Large prints are shipped rolled with tissue paper and packed in the sturdiest kraft cardboard tubes available. Prints smaller than 9” x 12” will be shipped flat. Your order will generally be packed in one package and shipped together - so you can have one big party when it arrives.
Can I track my shipment?
Couriers like UPS/FedEx provide detailed tracking information and an estimated delivery date.International orders sent with USPS cannot be tracked. For all inquiries regarding tracking, please contact the shipping company directly.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. We pack our prints in the sturdiest kraft cardboard tubes available, but on a rare occasion the mail couriers do damage your print please email us a clear picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the print and we'll have a replacement sent asap.
Do you include an invoice in the packages?
Prices are not included in our packages, so don’t be concerned if it’s intended as a a gift.
Will you produce a custom print or artwork for me?
We’re open to freelance and custom prints when we have the novelty of time, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to discuss your ideas.
How do I find out when you release new prints?
The easiest way is by joining our mailing list here, this way you will be the first to know when we release new work! (also we often give discounts to our email buds but shusshhhhh). You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter to be the first to hear about exclusive sales and discounts.
